## Questions about Gnosari's terms

### Who owns the data collected through Gnosari?

You do. The conversations your Gnosari agents hold and the records built from them are your content, and the terms above state that you retain all ownership rights to it, including the AI outputs generated for you. Gnosari receives only the licence needed to store, display and deliver that content as part of the service you configured. Export as CSV and deletion are available from your dashboard at any time.

### Is there a free plan, and what does it commit me to?

Gnosari has a free plan that needs no card and no contract term. You create an account, build agents and collect conversations within the plan's limits. Upgrading is a choice you make when you need more volume or features. Cancelling a paid plan takes effect at the end of the billing period and returns the account to the free plan rather than closing it.

### What is Gnosari's refund and cancellation policy?

Gnosari refunds a first purchase in full when you ask within 30 days of it, processed within five to ten business days; later renewals and partial periods are not refunded, and the free plan has nothing to refund. You cancel from your account settings at any time, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and price changes are announced 30 days ahead.

### What may I not use Gnosari for?

Gnosari agents may not be used for illegal activity, for collecting information you have no right to collect, for harassment, for spam, or to misrepresent who is asking. The acceptable use section above lists the prohibited activities in full. The service collects information for a business; it is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice, and agents in those fields must be configured to say so.

### Who is the contracting party behind Gnosari?

Gnosari is operated by Neomanex, which is the party you contract with under these terms and the data controller under the privacy policy. The software, design and branding of the service belong to Neomanex; your content and the records your agents collect belong to you. Questions about the terms go to contact{'@'}neomanex.com, and privacy requests to dpo{'@'}neomanex.com.
