Quick exchanges that end without a record do not count toward your limit, so a visitor who asks one question and leaves costs nothing. Yes. Upgrade a Gnosari plan and it takes effect immediately; downgrade and it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges are prorated so you pay only for what you use. Your agents, records and links stay exactly as they are through either change, so nothing needs republishing.
